History                                                                                                    

Brought together by producer / songwriter Trevon Broad, the members of Mantlepiece each came to the project from different musical backgrounds.  Kevin Little has a long history as a published songwriter.  Wade Summerlin has toured the United States extensively with several different bands and has also released numerous CDs of original material.  Jody Lundell, the rocker of the group, has toured worldwide and just this year released a CD with his brother Jon Mark.  Drummer Chris Hunt has provided some impressive playing, pulling from his experience as both a jazz and rock musician.  Combined with Trevon's experience as a touring and studio musician, the members of Mantlepiece have created a unique CD of varied influences.

Helping to round out the sounds even further, Trevon has brought in a variety of prominent musicians.  Lexi Street, an accomplished singer / songwriter, based out of Atlanta, GA, adds her vocals to several tracks on the Mantlepiece debut.  Ben Howe, Jenny Broad, Lauren Sellers, Reiner Musier, Mackenzie Crain and Robbie Ross have also contributed their talents to the project.
