The Festival (first year):
We didn't know what we were getting ourselves into, but with the support of a great group of local and regional acts, the 1st Annual Rogue Independent Music Festival turned out to be a success and a super time!   In July of 2002, seven bands got together in Atlanta, GA and performed at the New American Shakespeare Tavern.  We had heard horror stories of festivals losing a lot of money in their early years, but amazingly, we had a great turnout and actually turned a bit of a profit our first time year!
